Vegetarian Buffalo Flavored Dishes

I have to tell you…I get asked ALL the time by my non Veggie friends…what do you eat??? I always have to laugh because they think that I lead such a restricted eating regiment and that could not be any further from the truth!  So I am starting a little series of Vegetarian Foods that are PACKED with flavor.  The first Menu Selection will shine a light on Vegetarian Buffalo Flavored Dishes…it will add a bit of SPICE into everyone’s life.  Even if you are not a Vegetarian…you are going to want to try ALL of these delicious dishes.

Spicy Buffalo Chickpea Wrap

Here’s another take on Buffalo Flavored Chickpeas and a yummy one for sure!  This has a bit of a unique flavor profile…a humus based dressing laced with fresh lemon juice and maple syrup adds a deliciousness that you are going to want to experience over and over again.  Then the lettuce, avocado, and fresh lettuce is wrapped up in a warm tortilla or maybe flatbread and guess what?  This one is not only Vegetarian but Vegan!

I would like to rename this dish to Heaven on a Plate!  There is so much flavor…so much goodness…so much culinary happiness in one space I can’t take it!  This has to be one of my favorite things in the world!  All I can tell you is you MUST try this and you will find yourself making it over and over and over again!  I didn’t think Falafel could bet any tastier…guess I was wrong!

You will never feel left out again as your friends are eating their Buffalo Chicken Dip…this one will satisfy the masses…really it will.  It’s so tasty no one will even know the difference.  I don’t usually push brands…but I have to tell you that Frank’s Red Hot is what makes this over the top…just saying because my whole family LOVES IT!

    I have never heard of Buffalo-Spice before. It’s apparently not a thing here in Europe. But I found a recipe for a DIY one and will give your recipes a try.
    Also, I find that people who say: “What do you eat?” to us Vegetarians usually don’t have a very varied diet, consisting mainly of meat and boiled potatoes, rice, peas etc. My grandpa once asked me if I eat only dry side dishes and sweets. 😀 And my mother-in-law thought I eat only lettuce. :-O
