TGIF!!! and a very good morning to you all. I don’t believe the week has flashed by this quickly. It’s been crazy here and the weather??? It was 72 degrees and now it’s 40? The bug has entered our household and I really hope it will be leaving SOON! Well it is time to grab a nice cup of something yummy and spend a few minutes checking out some pretty vintage finds…bottom line here is another episode of:
The Adventures of Junkin Joe!
When I saw this beauty in the box my heart skipped a beat…I could not wait to put her in some hot sudsy water…
the iridescent glow was simply magical…
shades of beauty everywhere…she came with a friend…
her smooth luminous oriental complexion shimmered and…
changed hues as the sunlight danced…
she is now ready to serve the finest of Oriental Spice Tea.
What’s this…
wings of an angel…
a band of beauties…
perfect in every way!
Aqua flowers oh so pretty…
surrounded by golden trim…
so elegant!
More flowers… tiny little wrinkles make her intriguing…
a faint hue of pink encases her vintage charm.
Pinkalicious in every way…
“A rose by any other name would smell as sweet”
“William Shakespeare”
Another pair of beauties…
they even carried a pretty label!
What is this little one squawking about…
I think she’s hungy?
That was it…I did the research and this is a Wunfer Bowl…used to feed the baby…one for you…one for the bird…Wunferful! How cute is that!!! SCORE!!!
Lovely violets…
gorgeous cups…
Perfect pairs!
a few more dainty roses…
she brought company!
So…how did Junkin Joe stack up today! He loves to hear from you! This was a great haul…would you all like to come over for TEA!!! : ) I have serving for a gazillion! : )
Stay tuned next Friday for another adventure with
Till tomorrow…

Good job, Joe! that wunfur bowl is the most precious thing ever! Angela, stop by my blog sometime and see your beautiful little flowers growing along my “fence line.” Hugs ~ Mary
That first tea-cup had me at “hello”.
Another thumbs up day-man he scored with beautiful patterns. I just love all the cups and saucers
You should have dozens of servings for everyone…lol
That Wunfer Bowl is so cute. What a cool find!
Wow, these are all so beautiful! Love the little pink bird and pink rose tea cups and saucers! So lovely! Thanks for sharing and what great finds! 🙂 xo Heather
I love the first teacup. Such pretty, bold colors. So, tell us Andrea, does Joe find his finds all at one store, or does he go to multiple stores? He has a good eye!
Tell Junkin Joe I need that Wunfur Bowl – what a fab find! Gotta love a guy who can spot some fab pinkalicious!
Kelly
OH MY GOSH,,i love the Wunerful bowl!!
I’m definitely in love with the Wunfer Bowl, but all of them had beautiful patterns. Thanks for sharing.
We are thinking alike this week Joe..I got a set of 4 beautiful luster tea cups and saucers at a Thrift Shop auction today..mine are the blue color around the rim of the first cup you have showing..They are so thin and delicate it is hard to imagine them surviving so long..and I paid the amazing price of $2.00 for all of them!!..That platter with the pink trim and rose in the middle is just gorgeous..and again with the tea cups..you find the prettiest ones..I also got a pretty little one today at another Thrift Shop..But I think my most favorite this week is that adorable little Wunfer bird and bowl..I also thought it was a pie bird at first glance..That is just too precious..Until next week Joe..Keep on Junkin..And so will I..Hugs to you and Andrea!!!
Ooh I think JJ has a good eye! I have my own Junkin Joe here at home but he did not come home with anything for me today. 🙁
Which means I am going on the hunt this weekend! I’ll be back for more JJ finds…how fun.
