A very Good Friday to you. As you can see we are getting a little face lift here at The Cottage Market…Keren from Free Pretty Things For You is busy creating…so there might be a little dust for the next week…she is fine tuning now : )
It is once again time for another episode of
Junkin Joe
It is an unusual collection of goodies this week…he was a bit bummed because he did not come home with something Pink but he hopes you enjoy his little haul all the same!
Let’s start with my favorite…
Well he’s not a dachshund but so darn cute anyway right…
from all sides…
he’s a cutie pie!
hmm….
is Humphrey Bogart missing something????
if you are not a movie buff like everyone here in this family…this little guy looks very much like the Maltese Falcon!
This little tea cup (came home with 4) is so elegant in it’s simplicity…
A lovely gray with a trim of silver….
and a perfect attention to detail…what is that I see…a touch of pink!
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO is this…
Well Joe has all ready told me NO WHITE PAINT for this little guy nor the falcon 🙂
Then this little couple was in the box…
a little touch of blue is always a good thing!
Speaking of blue…it doesn’t get much prettier than this…
four of these beauties…
Oh I have some plans for these…only if they came with cups…deep sigh…but as they say when life gives you lemons… : )
oh the crystal…
pure elegance…
a perfect dozen came with this find…great score!
a unique and very pretty piece of milk glass…
I really enjoy the little details…
a very nice piece that could be used anywhere and to hold anything!
What’s this???
I’ll take mine shaken…not stirred!
Well there you have it my friend…another week of finds…hope you enjoyed them all…which one was your favorite? As you well know…Joe loves to hear from you.

Such pretty things this week including the facelift in progress 🙂 Love the elegant teacups and am looking forward to see how you use the set of 4 saucers sans teacups because I too have a set of 4 small family legacy plates that just hang out in a drawer, and perhaps there’s a way I could use them. But of course, you had me with the first item … the dog figurine looks very much like Beaver-pup. Have a great Easter weekend.

Great finds! I love the floral dishes the most. So pretty! You’re making me want to go to the thrift store SO bad. If I don’t go once a week, I feel sad 🙂
Your treasures are always amazing…love the little puppy and floral dishes. I just went thrifting yesterday and found a few milk-glass pieces….my daughter collects them. Hugs to you for a very Blessed day and a great Easter my friend. xoxo

And the diva doggies over at my house thank you for saying that they’re cute. They also said to tell you that you have good taste.

Hey, Joe! The blues were a great find. Much harder to come by than pink!
Andrea, did you hear that we’ve been told that our time of renting the farm is coming to an end? 🙁
Hi, Great finds from JJ… what are you going to do with those plates? They are so pretty! That turquoise is heavenly. And that little doggie… precious! xoxoxo
