Well I thought I had my direction this morning but then I had my usual bout of insomnia and I got caught into some cooking shows…one was the new show Joey Fatone’s (yes…that Joey)Â
I had seen a few episodes and they are fun…this one was on a cool subject…Food Trucks! It centered around a young girl and her friends and how they created there business
The are located in North Carolina and all I can say I would be following them on twitter if I lived in NC!!! Check it out!
The whole business is based on…Asian Dumplings…well just about any dumpling is one of my favorite foods in the world so my subject matter changed to
Vegetarian dumplings! Hope you enjoy…I know you will be hungry when we are done…maybe try making them…but you have my permission to call your favorite Chinese Take-Out so your tum tum feels better!

PLEASE…don’t be scared when you see the recipe for the dough…if you do not want to tackle that job…just buy wonton wrappers on your grocery store or asian market…round or square…doesn’t matter…they are FABULOUS!!!! But I highly recommend that you give your own a try sometime…it is really delicious and rewarding : )
