I love these 3 Ways To Turn A Metal Container Into A Planter DIYS!  What a quick and easy way to make a planter with true Farmhouse appeal…plus it is incredibly budget friendly and the items are so easy to find!  Vera Sweeney is going to walk you through the simple steps and in no time your plants will be smiling in their new home.  You can also take it one Farmhouse Step Further and give the planters a paint treatment or maybe even a Patina treatment…oh the possibilities!

 

Speaking of planters… Kreative K has a great DIY for a cool Contemporary Farmhouse Super Simple Macrame Plant Hanger that is styling on this Farmhouse Ladder!  You have to try this…it is just too easy not to.  Think about it…there are so many cords and twine out there in fabulous colors and shades…the possibilities are endless.

 

OK…you are probably saying to yourself… A Beautiful Mess doesn’t really do Farmhouse…but what they do do is make incredible things and this Built In Computer Desk is simply FABULOUS!  I am a fan of Contemporary Farmhouse with a mix of Mid Century Modern…so I am really attracted to some of the pieces at this amazing blog…but when I saw this one I truly saw tons of Farmhouse possibility.  You might want to build one and give it a weathered paint treatment…or you might want to go light stair or dark stain and of course there is always a great color in chalk paint that would be incredible.  So easy to have this piece fit into any style home decor from Farmhouse to Boho…you can make it your own.  The chair you pick has a lot to do with it owning its style too.  Hope you really enjoy this one…I know I am going to.
