A Little Facial for your Kitchen

You know what I am talking about…when you add a little something new or different to your kitchen…you kind of feel like you do when you give yourself a little facial…a bit revitalized and so very fresh…oh and by the way…the little spa treatment you give your kitchen lasts a long time : )

How about giving your cabinets a new look?  No matter the condition or color…a nice paint treatment can change everything!

This one here featured over at BHG would make a Cottage Lover or a French Country adorer’s heart sing!  You might want something bold…plain…distressed…whatever your choice…make it happen…you will love it!

Here’s an easy one and it is a change that everyone is sure to see…add a pot rack…could be one that hangs from the ceiling or it can be mounted on the wall…it’s useful and looks great.

Here’s one that I love!  Add some beadboard to your cabinets or maybe just to your backsplash…it looks fabulous and when your moods change…you can change the color…can’t do that with tile!

Here’s a fun lift for the kitchen…how about some awesome new lighting!  Maybe a chandelier?…an industrial light fixture…a vintage find…a shaded chandy…there is something perfect out there for you and your family.  With that little change…I know it will WOW everyone!

How about adding some shelving and create some wall vignettes.  You can change out the decor of the shelves any time and for any reason!  A great way to spotlight those family heirlooms and vintage finds from your latest flea market adventure.    Oh yes…need a decoration for your island…get yourself a colander…vintage…new or in between…silver…enameled…in your favorite color…doesn’t matter and just add veggies or fruit and voila…the perfect embellishment that can also change at a moments notice.
